1. Who we are

Plerophoria (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 99216647) sells digital study summaries and exam trainings for university courses. These terms apply to every order placed through this website.

2. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Obvious errors in the offer do not bind us. The free sample chapter gives a realistic impression of the paid summary of that course.

3. Delivery

Digital content is delivered to your account immediately after successful payment. For trainings you receive the date and location details in your account.

4. Right of withdrawal

By opening a summary right away you consent to immediate delivery and waive the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. Trainings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the training date.

5. Personal use

Summaries are strictly personal. Sharing, reselling or distributing them is not allowed. Every view carries a personal watermark; in case of abuse we may terminate access without refund.

6. Quality and liability

We take the greatest care with our content, but summaries do not replace official study materials and we do not guarantee exam results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
