1. Controller

Plerophoria (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 99216647) is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement.

2. What data

We process your email address and password (account), your orders and payment status, and which content you have opened (for the personal watermark and access control).

3. Why

We use data solely to deliver your account and purchases, process payments and prevent abuse of personal content. We never sell data to third parties.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored within the European Union (Supabase, EU region). Paid content is shielded per account; passwords are stored encrypted.

5. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Order data is kept for 7 years due to Dutch tax retention obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Email us via the address in the footer to exercise your rights.
